Enrichment

Enrichment at High View

At High View, we take pride in providing all children with opportunities to enrich the wonderful learning that is done in school while also promoting the ethos that every child’s passion is valued.

The children are encouraged to share experiences and achievements that they have gained, either in school or outside of school, be it through, sport, art, drama or other areas where they will then be shared and celebrated with their peers. We have an Enrichment display board that show cases the wide variety of talent that our children have and it is one of the ways that we recognise the many gifts that the children posses.

There is also an Enrichment club that invited children are asked to attend, where they have the chance to work on a project that links to their particular area of expertise. This changes either half termly or termly, with the aim being that as many children as possible can access the enrichment possibilities that are available.

It is our aim to nourish the children’s passions while also inspiring them to go after their dreams, whatever they may be.

“I enjoy taking part in competitions and having the space to talk about something I love” (Year 6)
