Welcome to the PTFA (Parent Teacher Friends Association)
email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please be advised that unfortunately due to new health and safety guidelines, Parents are not permitted to remain at school discos. The only adults present should be PTFA members and volunteers who are CRB checked and on the DISCO Rota.
High View PTFA is an active group consisting mainly of parents, with additional support from staff and other interested parties. Anyone with a child at the school is automatically a member. A committee of parents, friends and teachers undertakes the day-to-day running of the association.
Each year we organise events and activities, which raise funds to buy equipment and resources for the school which cannot be bought with the school budget. Every pound we raise is of direct benefit to the pupils of the school.
We generally hold our informal meetings once or twice a term, and new members are always welcome to join us. We also have coffee mornings when you can come along with your ideas for fundraising or just have a chat with the team.
If you would like to help us we would love to hear from you. You may not want to be on the committee, but if you feel you can support us in other ways, ie. helping at some events, helping with publicity etc, then please contact Emma Wackrill, Colin Hall or Lisa Nicol.
